
Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments are processed securely via credit card.
- All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Guests can cancel their reservation up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
House Rules
- No smoking inside the apartments.
- No pets allowed unless specified in the property listing.
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors.
- The guest is responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
Security Deposit
- Our properties require a security deposit, which will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided no damages occur.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- A cleaning fee applies to all properties, which will be clearly stated during booking.
- Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.
- If additional cleaning is required, extra charges may apply.
Guest Responsibilities
Loss of keys may result in an additional fee.
Guests must comply with all local laws and building regulations.
Only the registered number of guests may stay in the apartment.
