Yes! We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
4. How will I receive the keys?
Each property has different key collection methods, such as self-check-in, lockboxes, or in-person handover. Instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
5. Is there a security deposit?
Our properties require a security deposit, which will be fully refunded after check-out if no damages are reported.
6. Are pets allowed?
Most of our properties do not allow pets. However, some listings are pet-friendly. Please check individual property details before booking.
